Welcome to Run to the Sun's Return Policy. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Here's how our return policy works:

🌟 For In-Store Purchases:

  • If you change your mind, please return the item to us within 5 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original, pristine condition: unworn, with tags attached, free of any damages, and in its original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • If return meets conditions you will be able to exchange in store or the balance will be issued as store credit to use on a future purchase.
  • Please note we do not refund for change of mind.

🌟 For Online Purchases:

  • Should you wish to return an item purchased online, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. You can contact us by sending an email to runtothesune@gmail.com
  • Once you receive our confirmation, please return the item within 10 days.
  • The item must be in its original, pristine condition: unworn, with tags attached, free of any damages, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • The balance of your return will be issued as store credit. Please note we do not refund for change of mind.
  • If you received free shipping and choose to return items for a second time or more a handling and postage cost of $10 will be deducted from your credit note.

SALE ITEMS

Please note all sale items are final and excluded from returns.

❗️ Important Note on Package Safety:

If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return. Ensure to send the items via a traceable method and keep the proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed.

🔧 Received a Faulty Item?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If the item you received is faulty, please email our dedicated customer service team at runtothesune@gmail.com with a photo of the fault.

We are committed to complying with Australian Consumer Law and similar legislation, which may include replacing the item (if stock is available) or providing a refund once we have received your faulty item back.
